Your Telegram account must have an @ and a profile picture. If you don’t have both of these, you may see a “can’t access the chat” error.

Reporting

Reply to a post with @admin to report it. You cannot reply to a join message, if you are trying to report a bot, reply to a message of your own with the word “BOT” and report your own message by replying to it with @admin. Do not abuse the reporting system.

Rules

1. All Official Chats are SFW!
   1. No porn, gore, fetish, kink images (including candy gore).
   2. No cropped porn.
   3. No porn in profile pictures.
   4. Do not post anything considered illegal in the respective state of the convention.
   5. No AI‑generated art/media (art, video, music, photography, etc) — admins decide what qualifies.
   6. No NSFW sticker packs or even SFW packs that contain NSFW material.
2. Keep things friendly.
   1. No facilitating drama.
   2. No inciting violence.
   3. Debates are okay if civil—otherwise move to DMs.
   4. No political discussion.
   5. Always ask for permission to DM another individual before doing so, it is not always acknowledged that another user isn't open to DM and this is a common courtesy to do so.
3. No spam (stickers, gifs, etc).
   1. Avoid flooding the chat—limit image posts to albums of ≤15, or link externally.
   2. No roleplay (take it to DMs).
4. Respect ad guidelines.
   1. Limit commission/product ads to 1/day.
   2. You may post one additional convention‑related ad per day.
   3. Up to 3 art posts per day (original, non‑forwarded).
   4. No solicitation for donations/charity unless approved by admins.
   5. No “emergency sale” requests that guilt‑trip (e.g., “I’m broke,” rent…).
   6. Listings must be for actual sale/trade (no window‑shopping, interest checks, or raffles).
   7. Market listings (like new, used, etc products) allowed only on Wednesdays.
   8. Non‑furry‑related items (plush, apparel, memorabilia) allowed only on Wednesdays—clarify with admins if needed.
   9. Sellers must be ≥18 years old.
5. Room share ads require approval.
   1. Before advertising an open spot in your hotel room, you must message an admin and provide proof of your reservation.
6. No hate/unwelcome groups — banned case-by-case including but not limited to:
   • Furry raiders, alt-furry, xanadu,
   • Nationalist, racist, anti-immigrant, transphobic, homophobic, terrorist groups,
   • Pedophiles, zoophiles.
7. No doxing/shaming/accusing publicly.
   1. If you have a problem with a member, suspect them to be a scammer, or any other issue, message an admin privately.
   2. Scam lists are unreliable, admins will do their own research.
8. Administrative policy.
   1. Blocking any convention admin is strictly forbidden across all AEI con chats — removal is non-negotiable.
   2. To report content: reply with @admin; to report bot issues, reply with “BOT” and @admin note.
   3. Abuse of the reporting system is not allowed.
