FAQ
Can I purchase a single day badge?
YES! Day badges (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday only) will be available for purchase online close to the convention date. However, if you wish to attend more than one day, a weekend badge will be a better price!
Can I purchase a badge at the convention?
YES! Weekend and day badges will be available at the convention, but the prices will be higher than early/pre-registration prices. Sponsor and Patron badges will not be available at the con and will close early.
Will Thursday badge pickup be available?
We will announce on socials if Thursday evening will be open day-of only. We are dependent on volunteers and the hotel if we are able to offer Thursday badge pickup.
What do I need to provide to pickup my badge at the convention?
A government issued photo ID, passport, or other physical legal ID with your full name, photo, and date of birth which matches your badge registration. Acceptable forms of ID include the following: drivers license, state identification card, passport book or card, military ID, permanent resident card, or European Union ID.
Digital IDs, student IDs, library cards, birth certificate, etc. are not allowed. Please bring one of the above. ID must be currently valid per state requirements and not expired.
My child is a minor, can they attend the convention?
Ages 13 and under must be accompanied by a registered parent/guardian at all times. If your child is between 14 and 18 years of age, they will need a regular badge, a parent/guardian with them at check-in, and a signed parent/guardian waiver.
Are vaccines or masks required?
At the moment, vaccines and masks are highly recommended but not required to attend the convention. However, if a certain panel, Dealer's Den table, etc., asks for masks to be worn, they are able to require such, and the convention will enforce it for that area.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are currently not available. Transferring badges to another attendee is possible in some circumstances, please contact us.
